We guarantee a 14-day return right. If, for some reasons, you are not satisfied with an item, you are welcome to return it within 14 days upon receipt and we will refund to you any payments already made.

We accept returns within 14 days upon receipt. Please return the items within that time limit by post to Dr. Manfred Mayer, Denkmalsweg 7, D-18299 Laage, Germany. If the item cannot be send by post contact us via an air mail letter to the
given address or email to orderm@a-gallery.de. Shipping and handling charges are at our expense.

3. Availability of items

Usually art objects are unique items. Although we are handling all orders as soon as possible, there may be overlapping orders. In this case we are informing you that the item is no longer available.

4. Payment options

We gladly accept bank transfer, checks, money orders, bank drafts, and cash on delivery orders. On and after second orders an agreement concerning delivery on invoice can be made. For credit card orders we currently use PayPal (you
need to be registered). It is fast, easy, and secure.

5. Issue of property

Unless all the payments are done the items remain our property.

6. Delivery methods and charges
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
We ship anywhere if possible. The delivery charges (including shipping and handling) are generally 10 Euro to European countries (Germany: 5 Euro) and 15 Euro to all other countries. If the value of the items is above 25 Euro this
includes insurance too. If the items have to be shipped in roll form or as parcel the mentioned delivery fees increase by 5 Euro.
Shipments that cannot be accommodated by "Deutsche Post" or bulky goods are subject to additional charges.
The purchase price or the delivery charges do not include any customs duties or import taxes. The customer assumes all responsability for completing the required paperwork and payments of these duties and taxes.

We store the necessary data only to handle your order and observe strict confidentiality. We don't use or pass on your personal data for promotion purposes. We don't use cookies.

9. Special conditions for sales on commission basis

For sales on commission basis the flat rate mentioned under point 6 (Delivery methods and charges) is not valid. In these cases the flat rate covering bank transfer, handling, shipment and insurance is clearly indicated in the detailed
description of the works of art as well as in the ordering process.
Shipment of items is according the most suited way in our opinion.
Buyer is responsible for any duties and taxes.
